Perfect spot for a couple getaway

We had a solid stay with a fab location right near all the good restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfy, and we loved having a lift for the upper floors. Breakfast? Kinda hit or miss—some mornings we got funky bananas. Front desk staff were nice but didn’t know much about tours. Euro cash only was a hassle too.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double or Twin Room, thoroughly enjoying the vibrant location brimming with tapas bars and nightlife. The staff, particularly Adrian, shone with their helpfulness. Breakfast was varied and delightful, though quite busy. Just be mindful of the noise if you prefer silence at night.

The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, just a short walk from lively bars and cultural sites. The staff was generally friendly and even assisted us with plug adaptors for our devices. However, the room we received initially was not what we booked, which caused some stress. Eventually, we were moved to a nicer room that matched our expectations. Try to request a room away from the noise. a higher floor may provide a quieter experience during late nights.

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay, exploring nearby museums and savoring delicious meals just steps away. The spacious bathroom and powerful water pressure were delightful surprises!

However, the high bathtub was tricky for mobility, and we were wary of slippery surfaces. We faced occasional noise from nearby bars but managed to sleep well overall.

I had a fantastic experience, as the hotel is just a few steps from Puerta del Sol and an easy stroll to both the beautiful Royal Botanical Garden and the iconic Prado National Museum, which made my weekend explorations extremely enjoyable. plus, the breakfast was great and the staff in the bar/lounge area really stood out as friendly and accommodating.
